Delivery method and time

The products you order are delivered by the courier companies Speedy and Econt, paid cash on delivery, through the online payment platform Stripe, or by prepayment via bank transfer. They are delivered to the address you provide, so please fill in the ORDER form correctly and check it carefully for errors. The delivery price includes the cash-on-delivery service, packaging and insurance of the product. Delivery takes up to 2 working days. For products that have a production lead time, the delivery date is agreed separately. GARAGE 31 is a corporate customer of Speedy and Econt, so our customers get a discount on delivery.

Payment

For your convenience, all orders placed through our online shop and confirmed in the ways described above are paid to the courier who delivers them, cash on delivery. IMPORTANT: PLEASE CHECK THAT YOUR PARCEL IS INTACT IN THE PRESENCE OF THE COURIER. If anything is wrong, let us know promptly! By sending your ORDER online, its confirmation and the stated CONDITIONS (see: Delivery method and time), you agree that they have the force of a signed contract. You can contact the Seller directly or through the contact methods listed on the Platform. All prices of the Goods on the Platform are final and are stated in euro (EUR), including VAT and all other taxes or fees required by law.

For online payments or payments by bank transfer, the Seller is not liable for any fees, commissions or other additional charges incurred by the Buyer or the Buyer's bank for the transaction itself, nor for any currency exchange applied by the bank that issued the customer's card where the currency is other than EUR. Banks in Bulgaria treat card payments to Garage 31 as international payments, and under their card rules some banks charge additional fees for this type of transaction. The same applies to payments Garage 31 makes to the Customer, whether as a refund or for any other reason. Such costs are borne solely by the Buyer, so Garage 31 recommends that customers check with their bank for any additional fees on online or bank payments.

Our ordering, delivery and payment conditions comply with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

Returns

If you have a reason to return a product you bought (whether winches, suspension, wheels, LED lighting, accessories or anything else), you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know in advance by e-mail or phone, stating the reason for the return. We will reply by phone or e-mail and give you the address to return the product to. The goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received: with their labels and packaging, complete and undamaged. An item that has been used or broken, or whose packaging or labels have been damaged, will not be refunded. Send the product back by a postal or courier service that can track the parcel or gives you a receipt showing the recipient's address. All postage costs are paid by the customer. Once we receive the product, we refund its value by bank transfer or postal money order (excluding the delivery and return costs).

Warranty

All products come with a 2- or 3-year warranty. Please read the product specification carefully. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use.

Complaints

Complaints can be made verbally or in writing, together with a document proving the purchase (a receipt or invoice) and the product's packaging. If your complaint is accepted as justified, the product will be repaired or replaced with a new one within one month, counted from the date the complaint was made. If the product is replaced, the original warranty terms continue to apply. If it is repaired, the repair time is added to the warranty period.

Complaints about online orders

If your complaint is accepted as justified, the product will be repaired or replaced and sent to the address you provide within one month. In that case, GARAGE 31 LTD pays the cost of returning the product. If your complaint is not accepted, the same product will be sent back to you at your expense. Under Article 120 of the Consumer Protection Act, regardless of the commercial warranty, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract. If the items you ordered do not meet your expectations, you can withdraw from the distance contract under Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act. In that case, the customer pays the transport costs of the product.

www.garage31.eu reserves the right to change the design of the website and any of its elements at any time when necessary. Changes take effect when they are made.

GARAGE 31 LTD is registered in the Republic of Bulgaria and owns the rights to the entire website www.garage31.eu: its content, photographs, products, models and all other elements. Using or copying any elements or materials from the website without our permission may lead to sanctions under the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act.

Suggestions, ideas and similar material sent or provided to us by users automatically become our property, and no compensation of any kind is owed for their use.

When you make and confirm a purchase through www.garage31.eu, we undertake to deliver the product to you according to the details of the ORDER. A completed purchase obliges you to pay the final price of the products on delivery (cash on delivery), or in advance (by bank transfer or through the Stripe online payment platform).

Any matters not covered here are governed by Bulgarian law.

Accuracy of product images and information

Product photos show the products, including their colours, as accurately as possible. www.garage31.eu is not responsible for differences in colour reproduction caused by individual monitor settings, colour modes or the technical parameters of the devices used to view the site.

www.garage31.eu is not responsible for normal variations between the colour of a product in its photo and the product actually delivered, or for differences in colour between the same item produced at different times, caused by differences in the shade supplied by the manufacturer.

Typing or factual errors in product information are possible. If you find one, please let us know promptly. If an item you have already ordered does not match its description, we will cover the transport costs.
