What we collect

When you send an inquiry or a build request, we collect the name, email address or phone number, message, and — where you choose to give it — your destination country. We also record which vehicle (if any) your inquiry relates to, the language you wrote in, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to prevent automated spam. We never ask for payment details, passwords or government ID through these forms.

Why we use it

We use this information solely to answer your inquiry or build request — by email, WhatsApp, Viber or phone, whichever you contacted us through — and to prepare a quote or offer. We do not use it for marketing emails, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box before you submit a form.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and build requests for as long as needed to answer them and, where a sale or restoration follows, for the duration of that relationship plus the period required by Bulgarian accounting and consumer-protection law. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see "Your rights" below.

Who sees it

Your message is read by the Garage 31 team and stored in our admin system and our email inbox, both hosted with providers bound by data-processing agreements. We do not share your details with any other third party, and we never sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool that does not track you individually or store personal data across sites. Because no tracking cookies are set, we do not show a cookie banner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time — write to the email address above and we will act on it within a reasonable time. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to Bulgaria's data protection authority, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
