Please read carefully the terms and conditions listed below before using the site.

Note: The prices of the products on the website are only valid for online purchases!


The products you order are delivered by courier companies SPIDI and EKONT, cash on delivery, online payment platform STRIPE or prepayment by bank transfer. They will be delivered to your address. We therefore ask you to fill in the "ORDER" form correctly and check carefully for possible errors. The delivery price includes cash on delivery service, packaging materials and product insurance! Delivery is made within 2 working days. For products that require a production lead time, delivery is specified additionally. GARAGE 31 is a corporate customer of SPIDI and ECONT - our customers benefit from a discount on delivery.


For your ease and convenience, all orders placed through our e-shop by you and confirmed by the above methods are paid to the courier who delivers them to you COD. IMPORTANT: WE APPEAL TO YOU TO CHECK THE INTEGRITY OF YOUR SHIPMENT IN THE PRESENCE OF THE COURIER. In case of any irregularities, please notify us promptly!!! By sending your ORDER online, its confirmation, and the stated CONDITIONS /please read them in: DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMEFRAME/ you agree to the force of a signed contract. Communication with the Seller can be made by contacting him directly or on the contact methods indicated on the Platform. All prices of the Goods on the Platform are final, are quoted in BGN inclusive of VAT and any other taxes or fees required by law.

In the case of online payments or payments by bank transfer, the Seller shall not be liable for any costs in connection with fees, commissions or other additional payments incurred by the Buyer or its bank in connection with the transaction itself, as well as in the case of currency exchange applied by the bank issuing the customer's card in cases where the currency is other than BGN. Payment by card to Garage 31 is accepted as an international payment by banks in Bulgaria and according to their rules for handling cards and card payments for this type of transaction some banks charge additional fees. The same applies to transactions that Garage 31 makes to the Customer, whether it does so in connection with a refund of any payment to the latter or for any other reason. The costs associated with such payments shall be borne solely by the Buyer. Garage 31 therefore recommends that its Customers check with their bank for any additional charges that may be incurred when making online or bank payments.

Our ORDERING CONDITIONS, DELIVERY METHOD and PAYMENT are in accordance with the terms set out in the Consumer Protection Act.


If there is a reason to return a product (whether it be winches, suspensions, wheels, led auto, accessories or otherwise) purchased by you, you may do so within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be made with prior notice from you by e-mail or phone, stating the reason for the return. In response we will contact you, either by telephone or by e-mail. You will need to provide us with an address to return the product to. Purchased goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received: with labels, packaging and complete appearance /not broken/. An item that has been used, broken, the integrity of the packaging and labels has been compromised will not be refunded. On return, the item must be sent back to us by a postal or courier service that can track parcels or provide you with a receipt that states the recipient's address. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the product back to us, the value of the product will be refunded to you by bank transfer or postal order /excluding delivery and return costs/.


All products have a 2 or 3 year warranty! Read the product specification carefully! In case of improper use of the item by you, the company assumes no warranty!



Claims must be made verbally or in writing and you must provide a document proving the purchase - a receipt or invoice and the packaging of the goods. If your claim is accepted as valid, repairs will be made within one month or your purchase will be replaced with a new one. The time limit starts to run from the date the claim is made. Where your claim is accepted as valid and your purchase is replaced with another, the original warranty terms will apply. If the complaint is satisfied by repair of the goods, the repair period is added to the warranty period. Where you have made a claim and your warranty has been satisfied by the replacement of the goods with another, the original warranty terms will be maintained. If the claim is satisfied by repair of the goods, the repair period is added to the warranty period.

Complaints about online orders:

If your complaint is found to be justified, the goods will be repaired or replaced and sent to the address you provide within one month. In this case, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by GARAGE 31 Ltd. If your complaint is not considered justified, the same goods will be returned to you, with the transport costs being at your expense. Pursuant to Article 120 of the Consumer Protection Act, notwithstanding the commercial guarantee, the seller shall be liable for the non-conformity of the consumer goods with the contract of sale under the terms of this Act. If the goods you have ordered do not meet your expectations, you may withdraw from the distance contract under the terms of Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act. In this case, the cost of transporting the product will be borne by the customer.
